Urgent Older Adult Home Modification

AROC's Older Adult Home Modification Project for 62 years of age and older. Applications are being accepted for the program from October 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025, for Fiscal Year 2025.

AROC will establish collaborate/partner with industry to facilitate our home repair program critical home repairs to Low to Moderate Income (LMI)households.

Older Adult home Modification Program for ages 62 and older to make safety and funcational home Includes:

  • Roof replacement

  • Interior damage caused by a leaky roof

  • Handicap-accessible modification, ramps

  • Weatherization

  • Insulation

  • HVAC

AROC is excited to announce a series of FREE faith-based initiatives aimed at empowering it's  leaders in our communities in the states of South Carolina and North Carolina and beyond. These sessions, "The Keys to the Kingdom," will provide valuable insights and resources to help navigate these challenging times. We encourage all interested participants to take advantage of this FREE unique informational opportunities to grow and strengthen their leadership endeavor's.
