Urgent Home Repairs

AROC's Urgent Home Repa repair the homes of County homeowners who are 62 years of age and older. Applications are being accepted for the program from August 3, 2024, to December 31, 2024, for Fiscal Year 2025.

AROC will establish collaborate/partner with industry to facilitate our home repair program critical home repairs to Low to Moderate Income (LMI)households.

Urgent Home Repair Services Includes:

• Roof replacement

• Interior damage caused by a leaky roof

• Handicap-accessible modification, ramps

• Weatherization

• Insulation

• HVAC
